How to Rebuild the Withered Wasteland Pokemon Center
This walkthrough covers the first center in Withered Wasteland. Other areas have different material lists, so use their own construction panels. Before a long gathering trip, separate three possible blockers: the kit is still locked, materials are missing, or the helper roster is incomplete.
Quick answer
Reach local Environment Level 3, buy the Pokemon Center Rebuilding Kit for 1,000 Life Coins at the PC Shop, and inspect the construction site. Supply its materials and eight helpers, including Build, Bulldoze and Chop, then start construction and check its completion time.

Follow Professor Tangrowth's rebuilding request. If the kit is absent from the PC Shop, check Withered Wasteland's Environment Level before searching in another town.

At Level 3, reserve 1,000 Life Coins and buy the rebuilding kit. Inspect the marker over the center ruins to read both the materials and Pokemon tabs.

Write down only the amounts still missing on your panel. Gather those materials, then return and supply them before starting another building project.

Recruit the required specialties first: Timburr is a Build example, Onix a Bulldoze example, and Scyther a Chop example. Fill the remaining helper slots and confirm the panel accepts the team.

Start construction after both tabs are complete. Nintendo Life reports completion on the next in-game day; use your site's displayed timer rather than expecting extra donated items to finish it instantly.
Material checklist and a source discrepancy
Nintendo Life's illustrated walkthrough and Game8's indexed walkthrough list 20 Lumber, 20 Stone, 10 Leaf and 10 Vine Rope. Serebii instead lists 10 Lumber and uses Vines for the last material. Because those records disagree, check the quantity and item icon on your own kit before farming; this page does not present the disputed number as official confirmation.
Where to focus your gathering
For Lumber, recruit a Chop specialist such as Scyther and process suitable wood; unprocessed logs are not the finished material. Stone is available around the Wasteland. Cut tall grass for a chance of Leaf, and cut cave vines for Vine Rope. Check the construction list before using these supplies for decorations.
