How Pokopia Recipes uses contact information, analytics, cookies and Google advertising technologies.
Scope and contact
This policy describes information processing associated with pokopiarecipes.com, an independent game reference website published as Pokopia Recipes. It does not cover other websites that you visit through our links or advertisements. Questions and requests can be sent to contact@pokopiarecipes.com.
Information from visits and messages
Our hosting and delivery providers process technical information such as IP addresses, request URLs, browser details and request times to deliver pages, maintain reliability and protect the service.
If you email us, your email address, message and attachments are processed to respond to the request, investigate a correction or handle a privacy or rights concern. Do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request. Browsing the public guides does not require creating an account.
Browser preferences and local tools
The website uses a language-preference cookie to remember your selected language. Your optional analytics choice is stored in this browser's local storage for up to 180 days. The preference records an accept or reject choice and an expiry date; it does not contain your name or email address. If browser storage is blocked, the choice lasts only for the current page session.
Search and recipe filters run against the site's published reference data. A search term included in a page URL is part of the request handled by the hosting service. The habitat observation notebook keeps notes in the current page and lets you download them to your device; it does not save notes to an account or send them through a submission service. Reloading or leaving that notebook can clear unsaved notes.
The public recipe and search-index downloads contain reference content, not visitor submissions. Browsing and using these tools does not create a user account.
Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics stays off until you choose Allow analytics. Refusing optional analytics does not prevent use of the site. The Analytics settings control in the footer lets you accept or withdraw this choice. Analytics is not loaded on About, Contact, Privacy Policy or Terms pages, even when you previously accepted it.
When allowed, Google Analytics may collect page visits, referral information, browser and device information, engagement and interactions such as opening our project list or following a project link. Our page-view events omit URL query strings and fragments. We do not send the contents of the contribution form or notebook through our custom analytics events, and our analytics configuration disables advertising personalization signals.
Withdrawing analytics consent stops our tracking, removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for this site and reloads the page if its analytics code was already loaded. This does not erase data already processed by Google or change your separate advertising choices. You can also clear browser storage or use Google's opt-out tools.
Google AdSense and advertising partners
We use Google AdSense to support the site with advertising. Ads may not appear on every visit. Google and other third-party advertising providers may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses and device identifiers to deliver and measure ads, limit repeated displays and detect invalid traffic.
Advertising cookies can allow Google and its partners to personalize ads using earlier visits to this website and other websites. Other advertising vendors may also process information when they serve ads. The ad consent message, where displayed, provides information about participating providers and available purposes and choices.
You can change Google's personalized-ad settings in My Ad Center. You can also visit participating advertising providers' websites or industry choice tools to manage some third-party personalized advertising. These choices may depend on the browser, device or account used and do not necessarily remove all ads.
Advertising consent and your choices
Where Google's consent message is shown, use its options to consent, refuse or manage the stated advertising purposes. A refusal may result in limited advertising or no ads. The footer's Privacy and cookie settings control reopens Google's available advertising message. This is separate from our optional Analytics settings.
Advertising and Google's consent-message tags are not loaded on this policy page or the other site-information pages. If advertising settings are unavailable here, the footer provides a link to open them from the homepage. A message that is unavailable or blocked has not saved a new advertising choice.
You can also clear or block cookies in your browser and use the Google and advertising choice tools linked above. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Contact us with enough information to identify your request; do not send identity documents in an initial message.
Service providers, retention and transfers
Hosting, email, analytics and advertising providers process information needed for their respective services. Their systems may operate outside your country. Their own notices explain their processing and available safeguards.
We keep correspondence as needed to handle the request and related follow-up, legal or security needs. Provider-managed logs, analytics records and advertising identifiers have retention settings and periods managed within those services. Contact us for a request concerning information you shared directly.
Children and updates
This is a general game reference site. We do not ask visitors to submit a child's personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information that should be removed, contact us so that we can review it.
We may update this policy when the website's features or providers change. The date on this page identifies its latest revision.
